Graco is conducting a voluntary recall of select SnugRide Turn & Slide products due to a structural issue identified during a post-production laboratory test.

Recall Information

Graco Children’s Products Inc. (Graco) issued a voluntary recall a limited number of SnugRide Turn & Slide products sold in the United States, from January 2026 through March 2026, at Amazon, Babylist, Target, Walmart and on GracoBaby.com. No other Graco rotating car seats are affected, including the EasyTurn and Turn2Me. No other SnugRide models are affected.

The stroller is not affected. The infant car seat replacement options are designed to work with your existing travel system stroller.

To determine if your product is included in the recall, follow these steps:

1. Review the product images on this page to confirm that you have a SnugRide Turn & Slide product.

2. Locate your model number on the product label.

The label on the base includes the product name, model number, date of manufacture, and serial number. The serial number appears directly below the words “Date of Manufacture.”

3. Enter the model number shown on the product label to confirm whether it is part of the recall. Go to the Graco recall page to enter the model number.

4. Enter your serial number to help confirm your product details. The serial number is the five-digit number listed on the label under the Date of Manufacture.

REMEDY:

Replacement Options: Graco will provide affected consumers with one of the following replacement options at no cost.

Note: Once you submit your information, Graco will review your registration and verify whether your car seat is affected. If affected, we will then process your selected replacement option.

Note: If you are registering a base-only product (model 2231810), you will receive SnugRide SnugFit base (2120612) only. Base-only registrations are not eligible for full car seat replacement options.

Additional Information

  • If your product is included in the recall, stop using the seat with the base. The current seat may continue to be used without the base in accordance with the product instructions while you wait for your selected replacement product. You should then follow the instructions on this page to document the product, upload the required photo, and complete your registration.

  • You will be asked to upload a photo of the label on the base showing the model number, date of manufacture, and serial number.

  • The date of manufacture and serial number are located on the label on the base. You may need to remove the seat from the base to access it. The five digit serial number appears directly below the words “Date of Manufacture.”
