Class Dates: October 7, 8, 9, 10, 2024
The national standardized child passenger safety technician certification course combines classroom instruction, hands-on work with car seats and vehicles, and a community safety seat checkup event. At the checkup event, students demonstrate skills learned during class, following event procedures and instructions, proper use and installation of child restraints and safety belts and the ability to teach parents and caregivers how to properly protect their family on the road. Successful completion of this course certifies the individual as a CPS technician for two years. The cost of the course is $95.00. To register for this course, click here.
