Recall Information

Evenflo Company, Inc. (Evenflo) is recalling certain Reo by Revolve360 child seats in color variants Nantucket, Danvers, Chelsea, Holden, Brookline, and Lenox. Affected models begin with model number CS26021 and were sold between March 2025 and June 30, 2026. In certain rear-facing or forward-facing positions, the headrest may shift position during a crash. During testing in the forward-facing configuration, Evenflo determined that when the headrest is adjusted to its two highest positions (positions 10 and 11 in the forward-facing mode and position 11 in the rear-facing mode), the headrest may change position under certain conditions. This condition does not affect the safety of the car seat when the headrest is adjusted to positions 1 through 9 in the forward-facing mode and positions 1 through 10 in the rear-facing mode. No injuries have been reported related to this condition. As such, these child seats fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 213, “Child Restraint Systems.”

CONSEQUENCE: A headrest that shifts unexpectedly may increase the risk of injury in a crash.
Can you still use the Reo by Revolve360 recalled car seat?

Recalled models may continue to be used in forward-facing or rear-facing configurations in headrest positions numbered 1 through 9 in forward-facing mode and 1 through 10 in rear-facing mode.
If your child is tall enough to require use in position 10 or 11 (forward-facing) or 11 (rear-facing), you may contact our ParentLink® Consumer Care team by calling 1-800-233-5921 (US) or 1-800-265-0749 (Canada), Monday through Friday from 8 AM – 5 PM EST. You can also email parentlink@evenflo.com.
How to Identify Your Current Headrest Position: The headrest positions on the REO™ are numbered on the car seat shell. Lift the seatback pad on your car seat and look at the plastic shell. The headrest positions are numbered 1-11 on either side of the headrest adjustment panel. There are arrows on either side of the headrest panel which will align with the headrest position in use. If your child is using positions 1-9 in forward-facing mode or 1-10 in rear-facing mode you may continue to use your seat as normal.
REMEDY:
The remedy for this recall is currently under development. Interim letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, are expected to be mailed August 17, 2026. The remedy will involve reinforcing the headrest to prevent the shift in position which constitutes the noncompliance. Additional letters will be sent once the remedy is available. Owners may contact Evenflo customer service at 1-800-233-5921.
